This lovely 55m2 two-bedroom apartment is close to various top attractions in Madrid such as Estadio de Vallecas , 10 min by walk or Puerta del Sol by metro 15 minutes!

This cozy two-bedroom apartment is designed with an open floor plan, offering a maximum capacity for up to six guests. The bedrooms are comfortably equipped: one features a double bed, and the other is furnished with two double beds.

The bright living room features a large sofa, a dining table for four. The apartment benefits from plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second offers two double beds. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Puente de Vallecas neighborhood, where Calle del Arroyo del Olivar 110 is located, offers an authentic and vibrant experience, set slightly away from the crowded main tourist circuit but perfectly connected to the center of Madrid.

This neighborhood has a strong cultural character and identity, known for its genuine atmosphere and active community life. Here, you will find a large number of local shops, traditional markets, and popular, affordable Madrid gastronomy.

Its primary highlight is the Parque del Cerro del Tío Pío, famous for its hills affectionately nicknamed "The Seven Tits." This park is the ideal spot to relax and offers, without a doubt, one of the best panoramic views of the entire Madrid skyline, particularly at sunset.

The area features all essential amenities (supermarkets, medical centers, and schools) and is exceptionally well-connected: the Puente de Vallecas Metro Station (Line 1) and several bus lines connect you to Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, and the historic center in just 15–20 minutes.

Vallecas combines the warmth of a residential neighborhood with easy access to all the capital's points of interest.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Puente de Vallecas(line M-1 light blue), is just a 8-minutes walk.

Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport is an 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax)
