It is a practical and functional 27 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



Located on the ground floor, it has an independent exit to the street.



The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, television, electric heater, portable fan and space to store your belongings.



The living room has a comfortable double sofa-bed, split air conditioning for heating/cooling and a television.



You will also find a dining area for 4 people.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
