The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional 46 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the ground floor of the building and does not have a lift, you will have to navigate a few stairs to reach the accommodation.



The bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, space to store your belongings, television, ceiling fan and electric heater.



In addition, in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two people, television, split air conditioning for cold/heat and a dining table.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
