Rodeado de cines, teatros, tiendas, restaurantes y los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad, es el alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar Madrid al máximo.

An air conditioning unit is broken, so we've placed a portable A/C in one bedroom for now.

It is a spacious, practical and functional 105 m2 apartment ideal for up to nine guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



Located on the first mezzanine floor of the building, you will have to navigate a few steps to access the accommodation.



The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms; two with a 1.35 cm double bed and a third with another 1.35 cm double bed and a single sofa bed, all the beds dressed with their bedding.



You will also find a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room.



The entire accommodation is equipped with split air conditioning for heating/cooling, TV and space to store your belongings.

One bedroom has portable A/C fans for now due to a malfunction.



You have 3 bathrooms; two full bathrooms with shower and a third room with an additional shower; bath gel and hairdryer. One of the bathrooms is inside a bedroom. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 9 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



You will find a spacious dining area.



In order to ensure good coexistence between our guests and other neighbors, a decibel meter has been installed in the facilities in order to prevent excessive noise in the accommodation.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

The accommodation keys will be available at the door of our office in a secure lockbox starting from the check-in time.

Our office is strategically located just a few minutes from our accommodations.

You will receive access information and instructions in advance.

Strict departure time: 11 AM.



★ LUGGAGE STORAGE

We also provide a luggage storage service at our office**. The cost is €3 per item for the same day and €6 per item for each additional day.
