«The price value was incredible- it a camping site with not really impressive looking cabins, the stay turned out fantastically both due to the accuracy communication on what was most important- the beach and the kangaroos. From 4:45 and all day we got the most fantastic nature experiences. And when the sun set it was both cost and comfortable in and outside the cabin.
I would have enjoyed using the BBQ on the first evening, but it had apparently been empty of gas a couple of days. There were ...

«Mackay is not the center of the world, and the city has clearly suffered after Covid with a lot of store closures etc. It also doesn’t have the big tourist streams as larger Australian cities have.
Seeing the selection of hotels, we chose to stay at the Ocean International as it is situated beautifully at the beach with a wonderful garden. Given that the hotel is quite affordable, we did expected that the hotel would be somewhat in need of renovation and that we were not to expect a premium ...
