«The location of this room is perfect for your stay in North Beach! Walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, several stores, restaurants, coffee shop, and beer garden. The included beach pass was so helpful! The check-in, check-out process was so easy. Our only complaint was the noise from the guests in the room above us and you could hear the live music from the nearby beer garden until 10:30 pm - however, the positives FAR outweighed the noise.»

«Perfect spot to rest and recharge and base your Chesapeake-area visit. The location is lovely, with access to both the Chesapeake (beautiful sunset views!) and the Honga River (beautiful sunrise views!). Apartment was perfect for my visit, and Debi and Steve are generous and accommodating hosts. «Overall great place. Couple of recommendations to make it even better. First, recommend a few more trash cans in the place. Only had one in the kitchen and bathroom. Also great to have them with trash liners. Same for tissue boxes. The one in the bathroom was empty. Would have appreciated more than one soap bar too.great Recommend checking that all the appliances work. The TV in the living room would not turn on.. Also te cabinet under the sink was loose. Again all minor things. F»

«It was honestly a perfect trip. The house was the perfect size and the back yard that went right to the edge of Lake Charming was amazing. The house was clean and many essentials were provided for us.
