«The property itself is nice; dining area is pleasant with beautiful greenery from the natural plants. The staff is friendly and helpful. When it comes to the rooms I can't speak for the other rooms at this property but the king suite that we booked needs and upgrade and the furniture was dirty and dingy. We've booked at many hotels before, and we honestly don't mind paying the price for out stay but if you ask me the booking fee for this room is a bit too pricey for the quality of in the room ...

«Our bathroom smelled of mildew, plus we had to ask for toilet paper as soon as we got there. The sofa looked filthy. Our coffee bar had one caffeinated and one decaf, plus the condiment packs had already been opened, and a tea was opened as well. The bed was comfortable, but it probably hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t know about that, but it would be par for the course since housekeeping hadn’t done a good job with anything else. We won’t stay here again.»
