We chose this hotel as a halfway point on our road trip. Things I specifically chose it for was a pool and spa to relax in and that the room accommodated 5 people.
Both were a waste of the extra money spent for this hotel. The pool and spa were closed, which was not advertised and everyone was looking forward to after a long drive.
In the room, the pull out sofa had no bedding and was stained, which was very off putting and as a result not even used.
The room was not particularly clean. The bathroom especially was off putting. The breakfast buffet which was listed as excellent was very mid-grade. Most food was highly processed such as the sausage, potatoes and gravy. They had 5 or more coffee selections but very limited tea and no hot chocolate.
We were put in a room by the lobby and the walls did little to limit noise. We could hear people from 11-12pm and again around 5am. Not especially restful.
Overall it was a safe place to stay for a night, but a disappointment for the price and not honestly advertised.
Photos are of the bathroom floor which was quite poorly cleaned and one section that appeared possibly permanent but after trying to wipe it up, it was clear it was just very poorly cleaned, which makes you wonder about the state of the entire room.
