«This is a very special place. You pay for the tranquility and the peace. You have a private beach all to yourself. And the deer are super friendly (yes). A great plus is you can BBQ on the beach yourself. Please fix the big fridge and make more kitchen utensils and plates and glasses available. That would make it even more positive. I would come back. »

«Really loved this place! I’d go back anytime. Lovely private, enclosed, landscaped area with multiple units. Outside seating was comfortable. Friendly, helpful maintenance man there to help with tightening my bike seat. The room is spacious, nice as pictured, with large windows covered with 1”Venetian blinds. A/c worked very well, nice and cool. Extra little amenities were present that were not expected. The reason for 4 star rather than 5 is that there is evidence of mold and very high humidity ...
