Unfortunately, my experience was far from wonderful due to multiple issues with cleanliness, poor communication, and unexpected charges. I do have pictures of everything I’m discussing.The outdoor pool area was not clean at all. There were spider webs, dead insects, and leaves in and around the pool, which I had to remove myself. Several balcony chairs were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned, and the bar area outside was covered in bugs and dirt that my guests and I had to clean before using.There was also a leak from the ceiling in the living room next to kitchen at around 2 a.m. during our dinner, apparently caused by the refrigerator defrosting. This was unsafe and very inconvenient. We promptly fixed and resolved the issue and leaking stopped. In addition, several showers didn’t work properly. My guests had to use several showers because theirs were not functioning properly. They complained the water was too hot and would not cool down. The primary bathroom water also wouldn’t cool down, and the drain took nearly five hours to clear. This was very disappointing.Before booking, I made it clear that I’d be using the outdoor area for an event and paid 500 for decorations. Unfortunately, the setup did not match my requests. The only decorations were balloons attached to sandbags, which later leaked into the pool. I specifically asked for a rose walkway entrance, but there were no petals or similar decor. The banners were poorly taped up and quickly fell.
