«The cottage was cute, clean, toasty on a cold fall night, and had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage appeared to be getting some aesthetic updating, and the new windows were warm and secure. Our 2 Chihuahuas vacationed with us and loved hiking the beautiful preserve across the street as well as the Champlin Glacier preserve about 1 mile down the same road. Our hosts were quick to respond and accomodating with any needs we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will visit again!»

«We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has a cozy, homey feel and was a nice place to come back to after being out for the day. It was quiet, comfortable, and had a relaxed vibe that made the trip easy.The location was a big plus for us. Hammonasset Beach was only a few minutes away, and Madison center was just as close, which made it easy to grab dinner or pop out for anything we needed. «I am a bit late to positing this review (stayed in November) but wanted to leave a recommendation for this cute spot for anyone who’s looking to stay here. It’s located in a cute neighborhood, close to beaches and nice walking areas. The house is a bit small, but we had a party of 6 people and 2 dogs, which ended up working well for us, as we were out of the house for most of the time we were there. The host was responsive and the checking in/ out process was clear and easy! Thank you! »

«This was the perfect place for my family to stay for the holidays! Wonderful apartment with all the amenities needed and then some! It was perfectly located - a quick drive (or we could even walk) to the shore and Sandi Hook along with several restaurants and the Twin Lights. I was able to watch the sunrise from the kitchen and deck every morning which was wonderful! There was a small park on the water a very short walk up the road for our dogs. Plenty of parking on site.
