«The host, Jane, was super helpful. One thing that stood out about the place is waking up there, the bedroom as windows on all sides which you can only experience when you are there. In other words way better than the pictures. Every morning we made coffee and enjoyed it next to the creek. The rest of the days we enjoyed live music Colony (look for the open mic night) and of course had beautiful hikes.»

«Loved this cozy space -from all windows you can see trees( it was fall so foliage in full effect). The space was extremely clean, well appointed and laid out and super cozy. I was in Germantown for a weekend yoga event at Jai’s Yoga Shala which was in walking distance. Also took a trip to Hudson. I will certainly be back here again and would recommend this lovely oasis. The hosts were extremely friendly and though they live next door, I had my private space »

«We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!»

«The sunrise over the lake with the fall colors just staring to pop was exactly what we were looking for. Crisp mornings on the dock with a cup of coffee. The outdoor space couldn’t be better. The house has some quirky upstate New York charm that makes it feel more cozy than upscale. We did enjoy some giggles. Tina was quick to respond to any query we had, both before and during our stay. »

«Everything was as advertized. nothing bad to say. just an issue with the electronic lock(it had been changed but not updated) we couldn't go in the house with the code but my daughter called Denise and was all fixed within minutes. We were ther for a hockey tournament. Was perfect for us, parked the cars on friday and didn't have to touch them again. Everything was within walking distance. Would recommend highly and will probably be back again if we have to come back again.»
