«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »

«I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience.
The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. ...

«There is not one bad thing that I can say about this hotel. It is incredible! The staff is wonderful. Mario is a GOD SEND! He really helped me out and he’s so sweet and caring, he actually cares about your stay and about you - not about your money! Everybody at the front desk was so nice. «Small hotel close to the beach and everything. Small pool not clean with leaves inside the pool, not sure if it was because of the wind but didn't see anyone cleaning the pool for the entire stay. Beside that nice area, close to everything you need. Will come back. »

«Every thing was perfect - the staff especially. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Room was so nice and comfortable. Clean, updated, perfect. Both our room attendants and our concierge guys made sure we were well taken care of. My husband used the gym and loved it. Our vacation was so peaceful. I think there y a lot people at the resort but it never felt crowded at all. We never waited long for anything.
But the star was the beach and the water. The views from GBC were perfect. I loved ...

«The unit was spotless, had everything we needed and the staff was friendly and attentive. Loved it all. Even the landscaping was neat and trim. Everything in our unit was provided. The staff began cleaning the outside pools and beach very early yet quietly so all was perfect when we were. The food was amazing as was the view when eating. Definitely try the conch chowder. Best we had!»
