«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »

«The building is quite old, but some of the rooms are updated. There are no stairs, so its hard to go up to third floor, especially if you are not young.»

The cocktails when we arrived, the personal tour of the property, the service, the food, the travel bottles, the cookies, the cute little room key holder, the bikes, the loungers for the water, the spectacular beach! The list goes on and on. Well located with many restaurants walking distance including a grocery store. Everything was next level!!»

«We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!»

«My wife and I stayed for 3 nights this week and The Grace Bay Club is AMAZING!!!! We are avid travelers and enjoy staying at very nice resorts. We actually were booked but canceled our reservation and left another luxury hotel that rhymes with Fitz because of horrible service there. I can’t say enough great things about the facility, the amenities, the views and especially the people at the GBC!! If you want the best place to stay in the Turks and Caicos, this is it!! Special shout out to Fitz ...
