Ok hotel. Location is good for both walking, bus and underground. Hotel is not refurbished. Old style. Requested connecting rooms but was not possible. Swimming pool is not worth the visit. Old and really small. Jacuzzi did not work. Had to pay was not included. Asked for late check out. Had to pay 20£ pr hour pr room. Even if i am Gold member at Hotels.com. Breakfast was good. Crowded but not unusual.

We had a great stay with amazing service. Loved the location for walks and easy access to museums, shopping, cafes and restaurants, and the Saatchi Gallery. The breakfast is good. However, the dinner in the restaurant could be improved. The staff are very polite and friendly. 😊

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is the same every morning. Pool and gym open late and close early. They should be accessible more easily to clients of the hotel. Not alot of places to sit for dinner. We enjoyed having a small refrigerator and possibilities to make tea & coffee in the room. Very well located.

We were four women friends who loved staying at The Rembrandt. We had lovely connecting rooms which made our time together so enjoyable. The neighborhood is wonderful with shops, restaurants, Harrod's, Victoria & Albert Museum and much more. The hotel and staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful! Shopping and dinning are less than a five minute walk, and the tube station as well. This made everything we wanted within minutes.

Our guests also have the choice of using South Kensington or Knightsbridge underground stations or alternatively the No 14 bus which is a 24hr service into the West End, which makes travelling around the capital easy. As you know our neighbourhood also benefits from an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes which cater to all culinary tastes and monetary budgets, there really is something for everyone.We are thrilled that the team provided excellent, friendly, helpful service.We hope you will consider returning to us on a future trip to London. Loved the hotel and the location. Easy access to tubes and sights. I was attending a course in Kensington and it was very convenient. The hotel and room where clean and well maintained. I was impressed with the bath which included a spa/bubbles! Great stay and worked well for me. Had dinner in the bar as the restaurant was closed for a private party. The food was great and very competitively priced compared to local providers and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

We had a lovely time at the Rembrandt and they made us feel most welcome. The room was lovely and the whole experience was fabulous. We went to the Royal Albert Hall which was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend

All in all, a wonderful visit. However, the blanket was so heavy/thick that my legs/torso would sweat in the night while my arms/chest were cool from the AC. Might I suggest lighter blankets for the beds.

We had a fantastic time in London and The Rembrandt Hotel was an excellent choice. Superb location a few blocks from Harrods and St James park and right across from the V&A Easy walk to restaurants and the tube too. Excellent assistance with organizing trips with the staff. We took. Thames cruise to Greenwich and saw all the sights. Thanks Pablo.
