Set on the first floor, the apartment accommodates up to two guests. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the bathroom includes a shower over the bath and a washing machine for added convenience.

A dedicated office room provides an excellent workspace for guests working remotely or travelling on business. Framed by stylish black metal and glass partitions, the room includes a desk, office chair and comfortable seating, creating a bright and practical space away from the main living area.

The main living space has a calm and homely feel, with large windows, colourful artwork, wooden furniture and bold accent walls adding plenty of personality. The living room also includes a dining area, making it a comfortable place to relax or enjoy meals at home. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and provides everything needed for an easy self-catering stay.

Islington Green is one of north London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, known for its village-like feel, leafy surroundings and excellent local dining. Upper Street is just moments away and is lined with cafés, restaurants, independent shops, bars and pubs. Guests can enjoy modern Italian dining at Noci, Mediterranean-inspired dishes at Ottolenghi, classic pub food at The Drapers Arms, or drinks and live entertainment at The Old Queen’s Head. The area also offers plenty to explore, from Camden Passage’s antiques, boutiques and cafés to the Almeida Theatre and the iconic Screen on the Green cinema.

The apartment is well connected for exploring London. Angel Underground Station is the closest tube connection, around a five to six-minute walk away, with access to the Northern line. Essex Road Station is nearby for Great Northern and National Rail services, while Highbury & Islington Station offers wider connections via the Victoria line, London Overground and Great Northern services.

*Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
