The Space:

You will be met on arrival by our team and shown how to access the building and supplied with 2 sets of key



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. The building offers two large lifts with access to each floor, and wide doorways and step-free access make it suitable for guests with mobility needs. Please note that the bathroom features a bath/shower combination.

This newly developed area offers the perfect blend of convenience, allowing easy access to central London while also providing a hub of local entertainment. Explore nearby dining options and shops, all within easy reach, making it an ideal base for your London adventure.



Getting Around:

Located in a prime location, our apartment offers excellent transport links. North Greenwich tube station is just a 10-minute walk away, providing quick and easy access to central London via the Jubilee line. From there, you can connect to various other lines and destinations across the city. For those arriving by car, street parking may be available, but please note that it is subject to local regulations. Travel times to major hubs like Canary Wharf are approximately 5 minutes by tube, and London City Airport is around 15 minutes away by car or public transport. We are 8 minute walk from the O2 Arena and 3 stops on the tube from North Greenwich to Customs House for Excel Exhibition Centre.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in:

-You must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at 3pm. Additional charges may apply if you check-in later than the scheduled time.



Late check-in fees:

- For check-ins between 20:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 8:00 PM.



- Baby cot has small charge of £15 inc VAT per stay



For security reasons:

- We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

- We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you cannot be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.

We are readily reachable via the platform messaging system, with a typical response time of under an hour. For urgent matters, please use the same messaging system.
