The Space:

A well-presented 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, right on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. Professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.

The bedroom has a queen bed and the living area comes with a double sofa bed — comfortably sleeping up to four. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.



The living space is bright and relaxed, with a flat-screen smart TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Delonghi drip coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. A washer-dryer is available, and electric heating keeps the flat comfortable through the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzrovia and its neighbour Soho form one of central London's most vibrant creative hubs. The area is known for its independent restaurants, the lively Charlotte Street dining scene, and a strong neighbourhood character despite being right in the centre. Soho is immediately to the south — London's entertainment heart, with theatres, bars, and restaurants at every turn. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street stations are all within minutes, making the rest of the city very easy to reach.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
