Ok hotell. Rommene holdt grei standard men litt dyre m.t.p at frokost ikke var inkludert i oppholdet. Likte veldig godt at rommet var utstyrt med kjøkken, noe som var veldig praktisk m.t.p på matlaging til kresne barn. Renholdet var bra.

Leilighetshotell med god beliggenhet for familie
Bra beliggenhet for oss med barn på 10 og 13 år. Kort vei å gå til Big Ben, London eye etc., og T-banen ligger ved nærmeste kryss. Praktisk med kjøkken på rommet. Matbutikk rett ved hotellet, og spisesteder i gatene omkring. Rent og ordentlig hotell. Stille om natten. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Sentralt leilighetshotell
Leilighets hotell rett ved Waterloo station. Ingen tepper på gulvet inne på værelsene, stort pluss. Hyggelig betjening, store rom og fint med den lille kjøkkenbenken. Frokosten syntes vi var dyr i forhold til hva de serverte.En hører godt togene på natten men ellers rolig strøk.

Laundry services were down, housekeeping didn’t clean well, no ice machines asked for ice from bartender and he took a dirty bucket of water and dumped it out didn’t wash it and started putting ice in it. They turn the AC off 3 times a day, there are no wash/face cloths at all. The bed was like sleeping on a floor so I asked for a topper and they brought one it helped a little but not a lot.

As an alternative, we could contact another laundry company that can collect and drop off your laundry for an additional charge. Regarding the issue with the ice bucket, we're sorry to hear about your experience. This is surprising as we take cleanliness very seriously. We will investigate this matter further. Our automatic AC system is part of our eco-friendly service, which switches off three times a day. However, if you were not happy with this we are always advising to contact reception, and we will help you on this. Regarding the wash/face cloths in the room, we don't offer these items but we can certainly provide extra towels upon request.Our housekeeping schedule, is every two days. However, our team is available 24 hours a day to assist you with any additional cleaning or requests you may have.Once again, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Rooms are nice sized and bed is a king which is great! Great location, close to tube and can walk to lots of local attractions. Great places to eat close by as well.

The location was central to many transport options, the staff were polite and diligent , but I was disappointed that firstly the dryers were not working, and a day later the whole laundry was closed for renovations. The availability of a laundry was a major factor in our decision to book here

We loved the location! Very walkable to main London attractions, including shopping, restaurants and pubs as well the Thames. We compared to many properties and Marlin Waterloo was the best value! The kitchenette was very handy and felt that the room was designed well for a family of 4 adults. Would definitely recommend and this would be our first choice for a return trip to London

It was a very nice property. Convenient location to public transportation, just a 5-10 minute walk to the area where the London Eye is at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t use it they have a mini kitchen in the room if you wanted to cook.

El lugar esta bien ubicado. Pero el personal de recepción es muy desagradable, no suelo hacer estos comentarios sobre los hoteles, pero en verdad no se si por cuestión de que mi ingles no era el mejor o simplemente porque así son. Encima de todo no limpian las habitaciones durante tu estadía. Quiero creer que solo fue mala mi suerte y que no son así con todos los huéspedes.
