Other Things to Note:

The flat is located in the centre of buzzing Shoreditch, suitable for those who like to stay amongst the action. It is however very well soundproofed - equipped with double-glazed windows and sound insulating curtains.



We welcome pets! There's a flat fee of £45 per night. If

you're bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. Note:

we can only accommodate one pet per booking.



1-7 Nights: additional £45/night

8-29 Nights: additional £360

30+ Nights: additional £720



Check-in will be declined if the guest fails to pay for the pet fee before the check-in in and your cancellation policy will be applied.



Please note that a security deposit of £350 may be required, depending on your circumstances. All guests are required to complete separate ID verification and sign our rental agreement before check-in.
