Flott hotell med fint bassengområde, dybde 120, så supert for barn også. Du får låne håndklær i spa svd, så du slipper bruke håndklær fra rommet. Fine rom, grei omstilling på temperatur. Kaffemaskin på rommet var supert. Om du har høydeskrekk, be om rom langt nede, da heis og gangvei mot heisene var i glass, og ga skikkelig sug i magen. Fikk låne adapter gratis. Og fikk oppbevare kofferter gratis etter utsjekk. God beliggenhet ved St.Pauls med gåavstand til mye om du liker å vandre rundt. Mange restauranter i nærheten. Anbefaler frokost på hotellet, iallefall om du har med barn. Så slipper en å lete etter spisesteder med noe som alle kan like. Grei frokost, ikke all verdens utvalg av pålegg, litt utvannet juice, men god kvalitet på mat, fersk oppkuttet frukt og bakevarer. Flere t-bane stopp 5-10 min unna, i tillegg til busstopp, så veldig lett å komme seg rundt. Ta turen over Millennium Bridge rett nedenfor, og vandre på sørsiden med utsikt til det meste. Koselige restauranter, og kjekk gågate lags Themsen. Ca 30 min rolig gange til London Eye, Big Ben etc. ca 30 min andre veien til Towe bridge. Fra/til Gatwick: ta tog i 35 min. i ett strekk til Blackfriars, ca 8 min å gå fra hotellet. Fra/til Heathrow: mange valg, men vi gikk for t-bane (grønn sentral Line fra Blackfriars, med bytte på Hammersmith(da bytter du til den andre banen på samme perrong) over til blå linje (Piccadilly) mot Heathrow. (Stopper både på H2,3 og H5) hele turen tok ca 1 time.

Leonardo Royal will charge you for services you did not receive, say that they will remove the fees when you check out, say they will email you your receipt and not to worry and then actually added extra charges And not email a receipt. AND there is no way to every reach anyone at Leonardo Royal to rectify. They just give you a super generic email and never respond. Worst customer experience ever.

I visited London in May 2024, and although the weather was as londinese as possible, the holiday left us a wonderful memories. In all, this trip was a success because the hotel has a wonderful position in London city from which is easy to move around. Our fortune was also the receptionist (Francesco) that, as an italian, spoke with us italian for the joy of my husband that doesn’t understand English at all, and so we had every thing explained in detail. 10 out of ten for us. Amazing! Super friendly staff and excellent location. Very comfy beds. Only issue was the hot water isn't consistent and gets too hot randomly. They just had an incident where the hot water stopped working altogether for one morning (which was fixed immediately) but could be due to that. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Hotel was nice, 4 star was pushing it a bit. Spa and pool was accessed through the bar and restaurant, a bit strange in your robes! Plus pool was full of kids, running in and out of the Sauna. It was supposed to shut at 21:00, at 20:30 on the dot, the staff simply switched the lights off and opened the doors of the sauna and steam room without saying a word. Room service was poor - late, wrong order, card machine not working and no cutlery, they got it right on the fourth time. Food was good. There was no 'do not not disturb' sign for the door, realised before going to bed. Cleaner knocked and opened the door at 10:00 on the morning of checkout at 11:00. Bed was super comfortable and room was very quiet.

The property itself was great so we had a good stay but the member of staff who checked us in, nick, was unhelpful at best but was actually very rude, disinterested and totally unwilling to help. This did not start our stay off well. The rest was fantastic!
