the owner charged the built and didn't receive us. I stayed in the middle of the street with my family and all my luggage. I need to looking for another hotel

you have been notified of the cancellation 2 weeks prior to your booking and you haven't been charged for it. I am sorry that this happened to you but next time please check the emails correspondence to avoid such thing to happen again. I wish you a better experience for your next travels. Regards,

London Apartment holiday
Great location to all restaurants, shops and entertainment. The host was great meeting on time and gaining access and on departure. Comfortable and well equipped apartment with TV and Netflix. Really good.
