There are also two modern bathrooms, each with a bathtub and ample storage for your essentials. After a day of exploring, unwind with a long soak in the tub or freshen up with a relaxing shower.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Acton, Lynton Road offers a dynamic atmosphere that blends residential charm with lively local culture. Nearby, you'll find charming cafés, diverse eateries and Acton Market for fresh produce. The area is also known for its green spaces, perfect for leisurely strolls or a picnic in the park. The property benefits from excellent transport links and is within walking distance of both the Central line (West Acton Station) and the Elizabeth line (Acton Main Line Station), providing quick and convenient access to Central London and beyond.

Getting around is easy with the nearby Acton Central station, providing Overground services. The area is well-connected by bus routes, offering convenient access to central London. Whether you're exploring the city or commuting, public transport options are readily available.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
