Thoughtfully curated throughout, the home delivers a unique living experience that stands apart from a typical city stay, combining style, functionality and a sense of quiet retreat.

    The apartment accommodates up to three guests, with one main bedroom featuring a double bed and a second room offering a single tatami bed when required, which can be neatly stowed away when not in use. There is one bathroom fitted with a shower over bath. Positioned on the top floor with lift access, the apartment benefits from excellent natural light, open views and a bright, airy feel throughout.

    Inside, the space has been carefully arranged to balance comfort and practicality. Generous storage, both open and concealed, ensures the home remains calm and uncluttered throughout your stay. The living area embraces low-level living, with floor seating in place of a traditional sofa, centred around a textured, straw-carpeted zone that creates a relaxed and grounded atmosphere. A marble coffee table provides a durable and food-friendly surface for meals and drinks, while a substantial oak surface set low alongside a full-length, glass-fronted bookshelf offers a quiet space for reading or more contemplative work.

    The second bedroom doubles as a study, designed with flexibility in mind. A standing desk setup features a large solid oak surface paired with a screen and a solid oak and leather stool, ideal for those who prefer to work upright. Alongside this, a generous daybed (tatami) functions as a deep, comfortable sofa, anchored by a striking piece of reclaimed hardwood that adds character to the room.     With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
