Please note that we informed all travel agent, and we mentioned in all websites that we are under refurbishment, and we have the scaffolding outside the premises. all work commences after 9:30 am finishes before 4:30 pm... we notified all our guests prior to their check-in and it is also mentioned in your booking confirmation...we expect this project to finish soon, and we hope to see you again and we can assure you that this property will be transformed into a great shape and your future stay will be a wonderful experience. Kjellerrom?
Fikk rom i kjelleren først, som var av ok størrelse men litt uforventet. Det stinket kloakk på morgenen så vi byttet rom (uten noen problem) og fikk ett i 3. etg som var litt mindre, men funket helt fint. Hotellet gjennomgår renovasjon både på innside og utside, noe som hadde vært fint å vite på forhånd, og det luktet hasj sekundet vi skulle lufte det nye rommet. Men de stiller sterkt på de fleste andre omeråder, spesielt ang kundeservice.

Dårlig vedlikeholdt hotell
Det var ikke spesielt godt renhold generelt. Dusjen så ikke ut som hadde blitt godt rengjort det siste året. Hår på tepper, samt flekker på gulv. Hotellet var gammelt og slitt. Men servicen fra de som jobbet der skal vi ikke klage på.

Helt Ok
God mottakelse med resepsjon og bar separat men like ved siden av hverandre. God Service, imøtekommende og blide. God standard på bad men soverom og entre + heis og trappeoppgang trenger mer kjærlighet. Holdt på med rehabilitering utenfor som skapte en del bråk. Men blir kok bra npr det blir ferdig. Renholdet kunne vært bedre på alle måter

Bra plassering i forhold til undergrunner, hyde park og byens midtsenter generelt. Veldig pluss med kjøleskap på rommet. Sengene var greie og brede, men putene veldig tynne. Rommet ble ikke vasket ordentlig, det var hårstrå på veggen i dusjen, vi fant plutselig papir fra noe vi ikke hadde hatt på rommet, og det var flere dager hvor vi måtte ringe for å få håndkle. Kun takdusj, men funket fint da man fikk dusjhetter. Det var derimot byggearbeid rett på utsiden av vinduet vårt, hvor de startet å jobbe rett før 8. dette vekte oss hver dag.

Svært hyggelig personale. Ba om hotellrom med vindu, men hadde fått et uten. Gikk tilbake til innsjekk og fikk byttet rom uten problemer. Renholdet var så som så. Greit renhold, men noe slitt og skittent baderom. Ok størrelse på rommet.

Veldig bra opphold på Central Park Hotel
Dette er et hotell jeg trygt kan anbefale. Moderne, rent og romslig, og et lite kjøleskap på rommet. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Beliggenheten er superb med Kensington Garden/HydePark rett over gaten. Kort vei til T-bane og flere linjer å velge mellom. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Ok. Toalettet var lekk. Skittent langs kanten av dusjen. Store flekker på gulvteppet, ekkelt. En av tre heiser virket. Forokost ok. Bokkingaelskapet skulle ha 45 pund for frokost. Realiteten er at det kostet 15 pund ved å betale ved ankomsten til frokosten.

God standard på rom i kjeller
Vi fikk tildelt et superior rom. Rommet var fint med god standard og med aircondition, men ligger i kjelleren uten vindu. Sengen var litt hard og ukomfortabel. Heisen til kjelleren fungerte ikke de første nettene i oppholdet vårt, og vi måtte benytte en smal og uryddig trapp bak hotellets bar.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Got a room in the basement the first night with no windows which felt really claustrophobic, and my phone didn’t work cos of bad connection. Thankfully the staff told us we could get another room for our second night, ended up on the fifth floor which was a lot better. But sadly there was some issues with the toilet in our new room, my niese told me she saw «fish» in the toiletwater. So I had a look and there were small bugs swimming in the toilet. Tried to flush several times, but they were still there. This made my niese refuse to use the toilet for the rest of our stay… Oh and early in the morning at 6:30 a.m. the firealarm went off, which was really scary for my niese. So overall, horrible first stay in London for my niese, so will probably look for another hotel for our next trip to London.

Jeg har bodd på Central Park Hotell en håndfull ganger. Flott 3 - stjerners hotell i Bayswater - området, med kort vei til undergrunnsbanen. Hyggelig betjening og bar i resepsjonsområdet. Jeg er tilbake på hotellet i slutten av av mars.

Vi hadde ikke strøm en periode vi var på hotellet. I tillegg var det lå det strikker under vasken da vi kom. Alt i alt var rommene helt ok.

Var på shopping tur og bodde på hotellet i fem dager. Fikk rom i toppetasjen mot rolig bakside. Rommet var moderne, med god og komfortabel seng, noe som var meget positivt da det som oftest er ganske steinharde madrasser på hoteller jeg har erfart i London tidligere. Doen var trang, mens dusjen var romslig. Wifi var super og inkludert i prisen. Opplevde personalet som positive og serviceinnstilte. Kommer gjerne igjen

jule tur.
fikk en dårlig start. feil rom i 1. etasje. lite rom med 3 enkeltsenger. klagde i resepsjonen. vi skulle ha dobbelt rom. fikk ett rom i 6. etasje med verdens minste dobbelseng og bad med ingen muligheter for å sette toalettsaker. måtte ha di stående inne på rommet. spurte om rom med større seng som ikke var ledig, men di mente at sengene skulle være slik.. såg tilfeldig inn på ett naborom der senga var mye større. dårlige heiser der den ene var ute av drift under hele oppholdet. frokost ikke noe å skryte av. lite utvalg. ellers var oppholdet ok. greie beliggenhet stille og trygt.
