The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, with modern appliances including a dishwasher, making cooking and cleaning effortless.

Bedrooms

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two inviting bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: A spacious double bedroom with a comfortable mattress, a large wardrobe, and a dedicated desk, making it an excellent choice for remote working.
Second Bedroom: A cozy double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and wardrobe, ideal for family, friends, or colleagues.
Bathroom

Guests have access to a modern communal bathroom with a stylish walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet, providing added convenience for multiple guests.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift. For this reason, it may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
