Du får det du betaler for
Svært sentralt hotell, koselig betjening og stort sett rent. Ja, rommet og badet er lite, men absolutt nok til å bo noen dager. Sengekomfort var ganske dårlig, den var hard og smal. Liten tv(PC-størrelse), men den gjorde jobben. Det største minuset er lyden. Det er EKSTREMT lytt. Man hører alt i ganger og fra naboer.

Veldig lite rom på toppen. Men god seng, rent og pent. Ingen heis og trappen var smal med koffert. Eneste usikkerhet er hva skjer hvis det brenner😩

Clean, but tiny room
The hotel was clean, the staff are polite. But the room was very small and cramped. Bathroom was tiny. I also couldn't get the door to lock from the inside. Breakfast was standard London hotel quality, with polite and attentive staff.

Positive was that the property was very neat and clean, and safe. Negatives were, room was very warm, there was only a comforter on the bed, with no sheet, no wash or hand towels, only 1 plug for charging devices and the most negative was that it was very noisy especially from early AM hours (in the room above us).

The room was small but well-appointed and very clean. The location is excellent - a few steps to the underground, King's Cross, and St Pancreas. Food, and restaurants all around are very close. Quiet, The staff were good and offered to put luggage in the luggage room for a late afternoon train. We had a very good stay for a couple of nights between a flight from Heathrow (straight from the underground to the hotel) and a train onwards.

Clean & well situated, however the room we were assigned was very very hot at night (25 degrees ). This was especially difficult as we had our infant son with us. We were clearly right above the boiler room, and even with the windows open in January we were still way too hot to sleep properly. Frustratingly the hotel owner didn’t seem to believe us, and while she eventually offered us to switch rooms the new room was below reception and quite noisy as a result.

Dear Caroline,We regret that you did not enjoy your stay, as most guests are pleased with all of our offers. It makes us uncomfortable to know that you had a 25-degree temperature in the room during the cold winter season in January, which is really unusual given that we have centralised radiators in each room. Also, we believe you were not assigned to a room near the boilers because our boilers are positioned away from all of our rooms in a separate area. We apologise if you were dissatisfied, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and see how we have improved.

I had a great stay here. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful, and found me an available room to check in early (for a very reasonable fee), which was much appreciated after a long overnight flight! The room was small but fine for one person, and everything was clean. The location is really convenient, so close to train and underground stations.

The hotel is extremely convenient for St Pancras and Eurostar. The staff are very helpful. Only negative is what I think must be noise from trains. We had a room on the ground floor and there was a strange rumbling sound every few seconds which, thankfully, stopped overnight

Despite the small hallways and weird little staircases, this hotel is located in a super convenient place right next to King’s Cross train station. It was relatively quiet as the trains don’t run all night. They have complementary body wash in the shower but no shampoo or conditioner so BYO. There was a kettle and coffee/tea in the room and the bed was very comfy. Tye ensuite was cramped but had all the necessities and everything was working. It’s very basic but very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

I had one night in London before jumping on a train so this was an ideal location. The room was small but similar to other hotels of similar price and rating. The bed was comfortable and clean. Some noise from people upstairs and from nearby trains. My one complaint is the shower drain seemed quite backed up. Almost overflowing by the end of my shower. Overall good value.

Je recommande ce logement, rapport qualité/ prix excellent. Nous étions deux dans une chambre avec salle de bain privative, c’est très propre et pas très bien insonorisé mais nos voisins ne faisaient pas de bruit donc c’était parfait. Le personnel était a l’écoute ! Merci pour le séjour !

Room was clean, bed comfortable, furnishing ok. I didn't like the fact that I made some special requests they did not consider at all (no guarantee, ok..). I didn't like the fact that our room was in a different building than the reception and this was not advised. They also put a single mom with kid at the 3rd and last floor without lift. Lack of sensitivity and attention.

Our hotel has three buildings, and when we checked your booking, we discovered that you did not request the lowest floor in advance by messaging us. Unfortunately, we can only change your accommodation if you contact us ahead of time with your particular request. Nonetheless, we considered that we gave excellent service, a clean room, and good value for money. Was so impressed with this little gem of a hotel! Excellent location for Kings Cross station, hotel itself was immaculate condition super clean and tidy, bright and modern rooms and staff granted my request for a quiet room which I really appreciated. Only thing I would say is in the two nights I stayed there my room was never serviced to come back to. But other than that can’t complain! Would definitely stay here again thank you

La localización del hotel es increíble, muy cerca de la parada de metro, trenes etc… Además la zona tiene muchos restaurantes de comida rápida cerca (mc donalds, kfc, five guys…). Con respecto a la habitación era pequeña pero con lo necesario, algunas manchas en las sábanas pero de resto bastante limpio. Recomiendo llevar tapones porque las paredes son finas y se escucha bástate el exterior y el resto de habitaciones. Muy contentos con la elección.
