«Bed is firm and water pressure/temp excellent. Quiet, safe neighborhood that is close to some amazing restaurants. I used the courtyard every day for morning coffee or visits from kids/grandkids. The listing claims it’s a 2-bedroom, but one of the rooms is just a converted garage, making the layout dark and uncomfortable.The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen. Ants were all over the floors, walls and an outlet near the counter. We left our takeout on the counter while settling in, only to find it covered in ants when we went to eat.
