«We rented Chris' property for my cousins wedding weekend and it was truly amazing. It is 10-15 minutes from all essentials we needed for the weekend. 8 minutes from the venue as well. «Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! «Stayed here for two nights while visiting at UNH. Location wise was about 20 minutes from the campus which was an easy commute. The best part was how spacious the house was. Lots of beds which was great for our large group. House was clean, well stocked and the basement set up for watching tv was amazing. «Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe.
