This ended up being the perfect place to host our annual friends' get together for the holidays. It's always great to be able to get everyone together, and when we initially didn't have a place to host it this year, this was the solution that saved the day. As a good sized group of friends in our 20s, we were a little concerned about whether we would disturb the neighbors given that the property is shared with the owner, but the rental doesn't share a wall with the main house and though there was about 20 of us hanging out and talking and playing games, there were no issues with our volume, so as long as you don't plan to blast music or go crazy, this is a great spot to get together and spend time with friends or family if you have a larger group than most places could accommodate.There was lots of space and seating, an oven and nice kitchen for final food prep, and the place was well stocked with any essentials. Though only 8 of us ended up spending the night, the many beds were great for having the option for people to stay if they needed to.Many thanks to the hosts for allowing us a place to keep our holiday tradition going, it was a wonderful night and we're grateful for the memories we made here.
