«The resort has some great features, especially the beautiful pools and the excellent check-in experience. The welcome was warm and made a great first impression. «We are checking out today after a two week stay. It has been wonderful! The reason I scored a four overall was because the exhaust fan from the room below made a humming noise in our master bedroom closet. We had to run the air conditioner to offset the sound. We did report it, but it happened multiple times so I doubt there’s anything they can do about it. Also, they do have one very nice pool, but the maximum depth is 4 1/2 feet. «The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. «Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great, and the unit was comfortable. The only downside was the refrigerator. The temporary fridge was quite small, and we were told it would be replaced. However, during our stay, no one contacted us or arranged for the replacement. We wish the management had addressed the refrigerator issue sooner, as it would have made our stay even more enjoyable. Other than that, we had a wonderful experienced.»

«We were initially placed in a hallway where construction was taking place, and the room was quite dusty. Thankfully, we were able to move to a different floor, which was much nicer, although it was right next to a very loud elevator. The pool area was beautiful, but the layout was inconvenient. You have to walk through the cold pool to access three of the hot tubs, which wasn’t ideal. We also ate at the poolside restaurant, and while the food was great, the pigeons were aggressive and ...

«We really enjoyed our stay in the in-law unit at this house in Poipu, even though we had assumed we had the place to ourselves. The neighborhood location was perfect (walking distance to multiple beaches & restaurants, as well as a pool) and the bed was comfortable. It’s very affordable for the area and the extra items (towels, beach chairs, umbrella, random snorkel gear) were super handy. It was easy to communicate with our host and he was very flexible on timing.»
