«The Florance was a great place to stay from every perspective. Room was excellent well fitted out and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great over the road from the Botanical Gardens and on the edge of the city. If you are an AFL fan down for the footy (as I was) the location is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the ground. Pub over the road was good for a meal. Will definitely return.»

«Cool historic building. Room very comfortable and amenities excellent. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Reception has limited hours, so a guest needs to be aware tto check-in on time. Staff very accomodating and helpful.»

«Our lovely hosts, Brent and Maria, took the time to meet with us in person and show us around their beautiful property. We loved the personal touch! They even left us a basket of goodies on the kitchen bench! Their home was immaculate, very spacious, modern and cosy and the beds were very comfortable.»
