Our host, Jenny is lovely to work with and can answer all your questions before you even know to ask! The weather wasn't perfect and we had a power outage but nothing that couldn't be dealt with. «Great stay. Kitchen fully equipped. The resort was quite and relaxing. A short walk to kanapalli beach where there is excellent snorkeling. The cabana was great with chairs and towels if needed. Whalers village a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again.»

«We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). The staff at the hotel said they could not help me even though I had the confirmation info. I had to leave and drive up the hill to where I finally was able ...

«Great unit for a couples weekend getaway. Amazing views and the kitchen and bathroom are updated. Bed was comfy also. There was a 4th of July drone show at the resort next door. This unit balcony had perfect views for it! If it becomes an annual event book this spot for the 4th! Will for sure be back soon»

"The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
