«Sure, Four Seasons Lana'i is a fabulous place. You really get what you pay for. But we were abit unlucky during our stay. First of all the hotel was a construction site seeing they were doing some work on half of it. That meant is sounded like a construction site as well. Not what you expect when paying that much for tranquility and peace. No one offered us any explanation here either, or info on beforehand or any compensation what so ever. «Very nice location! Beautiful lush gardens, amazing beach. Breakfast could have had some healthier options. The bread was basically cinnabuns. It DID include amazing juice and fresh fruit which is always nice. WiFi was struggling in our room.»

«Clean room, easy check in process, great property with great pool and little beach area to see turtles. We were on the third floor and had to carry all our suitcases up the flights of stairs but being able to see the whales off the Lanai every morning was worth it »

«Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed»

«Fantastisk fin plass. Fin beliggenhet til stranden. God leilighet når man ønsker å lage mat selv. Var der for 24 år siden også. Kommer gjerne igjen.»

«Very nice hotel in the walking distance to other hotels. Beach was with rocks so we had to use its other end by walking 2-3 min towards Sheraton.»

«Partial ocean view as promised. Food good but not outstanding and food prices were ridiculously high ( $60) for breakfast buffet. It was nice but very busy and noisy at times because of so many people. Nice luxury hotel but didnt always feel like the relaxed pace we have expected from Hawaii.»

«Nice resort. Staff was mixed, some very helpful and nice, but others not so much. I do wish there were a couple more food options, the few places all had the same mix of items. It was really crowded at times throughout the stay. Room was nice, but quite small. Had a nice trip overall.»

«Good for kids / families. Nice pools with water slide, and easy access to the beach. Easy parking in the garage, with elevators to room floors. Grocery shopping within walking distance.»
