«Checkin was frustrating. The receptionist was rude and not very informative. He acted as though I’ve never checked into a hotel, very condescending. I told him it was difficult to find, because the Expedia listing doesn’t list the name. He didn’t care. The checkout was at 10, the earliest over ever seen.»

«Rafael was super prompt and helpful! Some of the most effective communication I've had with a VRBO/other platform host. The location was really nice and affordable relative to other options in Oakland, especially convenient that there is an on-site parking lot. Would definitely recommend if you need a comfortable stay in the area!»

«Brooks’s place is a true respite in the beautiful Oakland hills. Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers amazing privacy and exceptional quiet—for the first time in a while, I slept without earplugs! You have the entire lower floor to yourself. Although there’s a home above, Brooks wasn’t on the property during my stay, so it felt like I had the whole place to myself. He has thought of absolutely everything, and I was able to settle in and get some deep work done. The neighborhood is ...

«This unit was very clean and it's located right in the middle of everything you could want - within 15 minutes of Todos Santos Plaza, the Sunvalley Shopping Center, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Carlos is a friendly and gracious host and was quite responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.»

«I'd like to thank the hosts for providing such a wonderful home. My family of three stayed here for ten nights, and this house truly made us feel at home throughout our trip.
I chose this property specifically because of the photos of the kitchen, and it was exactly what I had hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. The living room was also very spacious, featuring comfortable reclining couches and a smart TV, making it a perfect place to relax ...
