Maison la Houle: Located on the edge of a pine forest and near the Lacanau golf course, this semi-detached house is ideal for family holidays, with accommodation for six people. The village in which it is located offers a pleasant and verdant setting, perfect for recharging while remaining close to sporting activities and the seaside. The residence has a large swimming pool open from 15 May to 15 September, as well as a playground and a city stadium for children, ensuring dynamic and friendly holidays.



The house opens onto a bright living room equipped with a table with chairs, a sofa and a television. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a sink, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and storage, as well as the crockery and utensils necessary to prepare your meals. A bathroom on the ground floor offers a bathtub, a washbasin, toilets and a washing machine. A bedroom with bunk beds is also located on the ground floor, ideal for children.



Upstairs, two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements: the first has a double bed of 140 cm, a television, a wardrobe and a balcony, while the second is fitted with two 80 cm beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet completes the floor, and independent toilets add additional comfort.



Outside, the terrace is fitted with a table, chairs, armchairs and a parasol, offering a pleasant space for outdoor meals and moments of relaxation.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
