«The heater did not work so house was freezing. Fireplace did not appear to be working, and wood was wet and did not burn. Bed was not comfortable. Hot tub was gross and did not work. Sauna did not get hot. The pictures looked better than the actual experience. »

«We stayed in a nice, large room. It has two sink areas, a large closet for hanging clothes, couch with table & lamp, useful dresser/desk/tv combo. The art is nice. It has plenty of space but is utilitarian. One comfy arm chair and an area rug on the floor would make it cozy. It snowed overnight and the outdoor stairs to the second floor had significant snow on them. It would be safer for the staff to keep those clear of snow.»

«The hot tub wasn't hot enough. Be aware that this is a pet friendly hotel. We walked into our room and it smelled terrible and it gave me a instant headache! I called the office and they said nobody has ever complained about the smell. It had a strong cleaning odor they use to cover up the pet smells. I was hoping to change to another room. But the guy said open the windows and doors and the next day it wasn't like the first day!! The room next to us had a dog who was left alone in the room and ...
