The room was nice and spacious and very convenient in South Lake Tahoe where they had restaurants and shops all walkable from the hotel. The staff was also very nice and amazing. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I stayed upstairs in one of the rooms and the last night, I stayed there, the room under me had a loud vibration and sound coming from under around 11pm and was running all night. I called the front desk and he was nice about it and said he would let maintenance know and apologized but again I couldn’t sleep all night and it woke up my son and wife. Also the toilet was just running all night and it didn’t really bother me as it was just more annoying. There was lots of pros but also a large con which caused me to give me this rating. I had to leave at 6am to beat the winter storm and it was a rough night with the room situation which was the worse. If someone from the place contacted me as I let the guy know when I dropped the room keys and was willing to try to make the situation better, I would’ve gave them a better score but it is what it is. I’m just assuming they are going to disregard my situation.
