The room was in bad shape. The toilet was not attached to the bathroom floor (every time someone sat down, it wobbled), furniture was falling apart (TV media stand doors were coming off), there was black electrical tape separating the bathroom floor from carpet, no screen for the balcony, and overall, the room was old, dingy, and had a strong chemical smell. I complained and tried to get another room, but they could only offer the room the next day (after 4 pm), which made it super inconvenient. The staff seemed to be trying their best, but customer service was poor -- they had limited options for helping customers given the bad shape of several of the rooms -- I overheard many staff with complaints about their room. The front desk was often packed -- lines all the way to the casino floor. No where to sit, except in the casino floor. The one cafe was tiny and had maybe 3 or 4 tables, which were always taken. Definitely needs more lobby space and communal space.
