The standard villa capacity is 12 guests. The maximum villa capacity is 16 guests. For additional guests exceeding the standard villa occupancy, the following additional charges shall apply:

Western fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and wine cellar, fridge Appliances included are as follows: refrigerator, freezer, microwave SMEG coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, BBQ, oven, gas stove, electric kettle, juicer, water dispenser, Wine glasses, kitchenware, dinnerware, and kitchen basics (oil, salt, pepper) are also available for guest use.
Indoor dining seats 32 people while the al fresco dining with beach, pool, and garden view, seats 18 people; Alfresco dining overlooking the beach is also possible.
- Private Chef is experienced in Thai and Western cuisine. Guests can
choose between American and Asian breakfast. The villa
also offers a wide tea selection.
- In-villa private chef services are available daily between 8AM to 10PM. Last orders for meals must be made by 08:30 PM. The full-time Thai chef will be available throughout the guest stay to serve guests with culinary creation at the villa upon request. The chef will also accept special requests for items not on the villa menu or recommend meal sets based on the guest's given budget. All menu prices are subject to a 10% service charge and a 7% government tax.

Guests have 24-hour access to world-class gym and facilities, complete with treadmills, exercise bike, Cable Motion Gym System, dumbbells, gym balls, and yoga mats. In-villa massage services are available at extra cost.
A-Spa area with 2 massage beds and a 6-person capacity Jacuzzi is also available for guest use.

SERVICES AT AN EXTRA CHARGE
- Staff changes or additional staff requests can be requested at an extra charge of USD 75 per staff per night.
- Early check-in and Late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability
- Laundry service is available at extra cost and must be paid at the time incurred or at the time of departure.
- Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage, with or without driver
- Baby sitting service upon request and availability (THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required)

POLICIES
Please note that a security deposit of USD 1,500, or the equivalent thereof in any currency, is required and will be collected upon check-in. This amount is payable in cash only. The security deposit is fully refundable, less any incidental expenses incurred and/or costs for damages/breakages during the rental period.

A security damage deposit of USD $1,500 is refundable provided no damage is incurred. A cleaning fee of up to USD $350 may be charged on-site in case professional cleaning will be required.
All weddings and events must be organized by a professional planner. Villa Staff will not assist. A plan for the event must be submitted to the Guest Experience Specialist for approval at least 1 month prior to the date of the wedding or event. Request for entirely Terms and Conditions for Events.
Guests are required to have both liability and comprehensive travel insurance that provides coverage, including, but not limited to, cancellation, loss, and damage to baggage and other property, and flight delays. Guests should also carry health coverage that includes, but is not limited to evacuation and repatriation.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. Smoking is only allowed outside on the grounds, where an ashtray can be provided by the Villa Manager. Shishas and Hookah are prohibited in property in accordance to Thai Government laws
Due to the villa being located in a resort area surrounded by other accommodations, Noise must be kept at a reasonable minimum level that will not disturb the neighbors. All music must cease no later than 11:00 pm.
