«Staff was professional and my room was on the 3rd floor but was worth it. Everything was nicely stocked When I stay next time I must remember to go in through the front door lot get to the stairs. All in all a wonderful stay!!»

«When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 »

«This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! »

«We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from ...

«Dwain was very helpful before and during our stay. The unit is really cozy but with enough space that we were able to have a few friends in for appetizers one evening and weren't on top of each other. The second bedroom was reconfigured to 2 twin beds which worked well for us. Easy access to everywhere we needed to be on this trip. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on future trips.»

«The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.»
