«No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. «Its a cute place to stay with many places to walk to. The bed was awful, i can pretty much sleep in any bed, but the matress had to be one of the worst. My back hurt so bad in the morning same with my fiances back. The breakfast isnt what i would called the traditional continental breakfast. It is grab and go items which is fine, but they should clarify that especially for 300 a night. The staff was very kind, one of the ladies had no clue on recommendation for resturants and she seemed stumped ...

«This is the best hotel in Silverdale for its above average amenities. Love the afternoon cocktail with soup and salad that is included with your stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cookies always at the front desk. The only disappointment was that they closed the sauna/steam room for the one day I was staying and did not disclose the fact in the booking. Which is the main reason I chose this location. »
