«I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!»

«My husband stayed here while he attended a work conference. Similar to other reviews he said the property is definitely dated but everything was clean and comfortable. He also loved the balcony in his room and the view. He said the staff were helpful. The breakfast was continental…mostly pastries so he ate elsewhere. For a reasonable, no frills but nice view spot he said he would definitely stay again.»

«Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again.»

«Pros: Large room. Clean hotel. Convenient location & friendly staff with easy check-in/out. Pet friendly for my dog. Cons: Bed pillows were "meh". The sofa (sleeper?) was not very comfortable to sit on. All in all, though, a good option for staying on Bainbridge. I will likely be back.»

«We were in town for our son's retirement from the Navy and stayed with several other family members. Overall we had a pretty good stay. The rooms, we saw 5 of them with all of our guests, were pretty well maintained, clean, and well stocked. The typical shower consumables were mounted on the wall, soap at the sink, ironing board, iron, coffee maker, and TV.
