«No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. «When I first arrived on property I noticed how clean the lobby was and even commented on how good it smelt. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms have A view But the interesting part is To enjoy the view You have to open the blinds That look outside across the walkway leading in front of all the rooms. «Toilet Paper Roll Bracket was not attached to the Bathroom Wall. Queen Bed was Terribly Soft and Very Difficult to get rest on. Refrigerator footing was off center and rocked when opened. Smoke Alarm next to Bathroom Door Blinked every ~ 10 Seconds or so 24/7 which made it difficult to sleep if you were facing it. Smoke Alarm above Queen Bed went Off in and around 12:00 A.M. Midnight when Heat was On warming Room up.»

«I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything.
