If I had to do it all over again, I would have never booked here!!! The pictures are deceiving. Do better. 1.) yes parking is limited. 2 - 3 blocks away. 2.) The staff who answered the phone were very understanding. From the looking at the reviews I definitely see why they were not to be highly rated. I do give the benefit of the doubt too people too make my own decisions. 3.) The theme was Harry Potter. On our room we have three items that were out. A wall banner, a bathroom wall decor and the outside hallway had the 9 3/4.
4.) it took over an hour to complete the process to get access to the main door. 5.) It did state no elevator for ADA. However; there was no assigned parking even for ADA. We were advised if we parked in the private driveway we would be towed away. So walking the 2 -3 blocks was not an option. Then the picture’s of the inside made no mention it would be a three story climb up over 60 plus stairs When we reached out to the property owner’s the answering agent stated that the owners will only talk via the portal. 6.) When I called Expedia, for a follow up the agent called and stated no refund was going to be done. However; Expedia would give us 25$ voucher.
7.) We relocated to a different hotel that was very ADA compliant.
8.) We were here for a mother daughter getaway. The first night in town to have to come to a location that does not notify or post the lack of designated parking, lack of proper accommodations in where
