«Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!»

«It was pretty quiet here. The bedroom was big, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets felt silky. The full bathroom was huge, and a nightlight was provided. Could use some paint touchups to make it more appealing, especially on the bathroom trim. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.»

«Property was nice. Great location, easy parking, peaceful with some beautiful views. Bed was comfortable-pillows were awful. We had to go out and buy some, but that was our preference. We found the living room furniture (specifically the loveseat) was rickety and dirty…stained from use. There was also a noticeable bad smell in the condo. We bought air freshener and left the patio door open which helped. Perhaps it was that loveseat???»

«Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.»
