Perfect location — within walking distance to Market Square, several excellent restaurants, bars and multiple breweries. Host was very responsive, and provided great restaurant recommendations. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend, and would love to stay here again during our next trip to Knoxville!»

The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. «This is a great small apartment near UT with access to the Greenway for walking and biking. The building itself is older but the condo has been redone and was clean and bright. Bev was quick to respond to a few things we needed. We enjoyed our stay.»

The inside was very cute and clean, the living room furniture was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of towels.
