«This location suited us well as a couple. We appreciated the property foliage and birds! We found the condo to be clean, well equipped, spacious for a studio and the ability to do laundry. Any communication was handled quickly and graciously. While we took our time getting around the whole island and found Princeville to be a fun location to stay in. We would absolutely stay here again! »

«Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. »

«Condo was in a great location. We were able to plan to have our other 2 family groups in nearby condos. We cooked breakfast most mornings and most dinners. We used the outside community BBQs which were clean and easy to use. The condos are close to Poi Pu beach and village. This condo is across the street from the amazing pool and fitness center. Only cons for this condo was it being on the 3rd floor, which did not bother us. There is one bedroom and a pull out couch for the kids. AC is only in ...

«The place was exactly as pictured, even better. There are also 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler on the lanai. Check in was super easy and the host was very attentive. We had an AC issue and while the maintenance man wasn’t able to come that day (it was the day the tsunami came) he did come in the morning and fixed it within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place! It was a little tight with 2 teenagers but we bought an air mattress and it was fine.»
