«We loved the property and our room. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back.»

«We loved that the unit was oceanfront and we could watch the sunrise every morning. Wish there was a small dishwasher though so we didn’t have to do everything by hand. But the room was well kept and nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thanks for the chocolates! »

«The expansive property was secluded and beautiful even though it was a short walk to restaurants, grocery, shopping and shaved ice. The room/bed was very comfortable and it was always quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the waves.»

«We cannot emphasize enough how amazing David and Lynda's home is. From the moment we arrived to the day we (sadly) left, the Wailua Hideaway was a dream! The back garden, looking out over the stream and mountain, was perfect for morning bird watching with a cup of coffee, and the house was stocked with everything you would need. Plus, it was beautifully decorated and so inviting. If we are back in on Kauai, we would not hesitate to stay here again! Mahalo, David and Lynda!»

«Condo had everything we needed but the 10 am check out time is strict. We had an afternoon flight and requested an 11am check but were told no. On a side note the Sleeping Giant Grill had very good food at a good price point.»

«This is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer. The bathtub took a long time to drain after use. But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island.»

«The TV was impossible to figure out even with the multiple instructions. There isn’t a HDMI2! We didn’t care too much as we don’t watch a lot of TV but you need better instructions for the next guest.»

«Overall I give this one an 8 staff is great location okay noise level 5 Short walk to the beach. View is pretty good. A few things didn't work. Or we're missing. But I was told by the property manager. They are working on those. The central coast is great As far as getting around the island. But the road noise and sirens. Might be a bit much for some. Would we stay here again? Maybe»

«We loved staying here for our time in Kauai. Very short drive from the airport. We loved being so close to the water and the boardwalk along the beach was a beautiful walk. Lava Lava Beach Club next door is a fantastic restaurant as well. Overall very happy with the experience. Hassle free check in, no parking issues. THe market nearby is great too.Highly recommend.»
