They helped us manage our airline ticket which was delayed by staying on the phone with the airlines. They knew our names and were welcoming to children. »

The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do.
