«Das Zimmer war insgesamt OK, nicht gerade sehr sauber (besonders die Dusche), aber im allgemeinen Zustand der Stadt ein Rückzugsort. Die Adresse des Hotels war nicht die richtige, der Taxifahrer hat uns zunächst an die angegebene Adresse (von Expedia) geführt, dort war aber kein Hotel. Hat sich erkundigt bei einem Einheimischen und hat uns dann direkt zum Hotel gebracht. Kein Restaurant vorhanden, obwohl es angegeben war. Abendessen wurde sehr spät dann über ein fremdes Lokal oder ein anderes ...

«Besides the view- there was nothing good about our stay. Room was on top floor without any elevator. Nobody helped us with our bags...so we had to carry 4 suitcases up several flights of stairs. Then we get to our room and our bathroom sink was clogged. We asked someone to fix the issue.. which they 'said they stopped by & did fix'. However- it was worse afterwards. «the 1st room i was given was NOT the room i booked. i reserved an Elite Room with Jacuzzi and Pyramids View. the one they gave me had neither - it was the smallest and cheapest room they had. i did not accept. luckily i had a picture of my booking and threatened to leave. "Magically" someone had left early that day. their room was being cleaned; it was similar to the one i had booked. i accepted it based on their promise to move me into the proper room the following day. as far as i'm concerned, ...
