Kuleana Club #715 Oceanfront-1 bd&1 ba - 2nd Floor

Summary:
Located on Maui's tropical west coast, the Kuleana Club has a panoramic view of the Pacific and the lovely offshore islands of Molokai and Lanai. This unit is a 2nd floor oceanfront condo, only steps to the ocean, and surrounded by a plush Hawaiian garden. Enjoy swimming in our heated pool, playing tennis on our full sized court, playing shuffle board in the garden, or using our propane gas grills overlooking the ocean at sunset. Everywhere you look at the Kuleana Club is a Hawaiian paradise.

The Space:
This listing is for condo 715, our standard (493 sq ft) 2nd floor oceanfront condo only steps to the water. This unit has a queen bed in the private bedroom, a queen Murphy bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with full size range and refrigerator, a dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and/or Blu-Ray player, and a lanai with lounging chair and outdoor dining chairs and table.

Guest Access:
You will have access to our beautiful shoreline with water/surfing/snorkeling access (sandy beach area is seasonal and unpredictable), three on site app operated laundry rooms, a heated pool 9am-8pm, lobby area with a ping pong table, tennis court, shuffle board court, and oceanfront BBQ area (perfect place to watch the sunset).

The Neighborhood:
The Honokowai neighborhood is a quite section of pristine coastline located just north of the more crowded tourist area of Kaanapali. The Kuleana Club is just a few blocks away from restaurants and shops with a bus stop located directly in front of the property. Lyft and Uber are easily accessible in the area.

Getting Around:
Exploring the island is an essential experience of visiting Maui. For this reason, we recommenced renting a car. There is parking for one car per unit for free. No additional parking is available on property. There is a bus stop directly in front of the property and Uber and Lyft are easily accessible as well.

***A/C is a window unit in the bedroom only.

We will be available to assist you at all times. Our front desk is open for the following hours:

Mon, Wed, Thur - 9am-4pm
Tue -8am-4pm
Fri - 9am-7pm
Sat 10am-4pm

Office Hours may vary. There is a phone at the front desk that will connect you with a host during the hours the front desk is closed. You will also receive the hosts cell phone number the day of your arrival for urgent afterhours issues.

The location and view of this condo is amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is right on the ocean. We sat on the balcony everyday and just watched the waves crashing, turtles swimming by, and whales breaching the water daily. Book this place during whale watching season Jan-March and you won’t be disappointed! This is a cute older community of timeshare rental's and tenants. They have the cutest guests and tenants that have been coming back for years! We could hear the traffic noise in the bedroom so we moved to the Murphy Bed in the living room so we could hear the waves instead. Enjoyed taking naps during the day to the sound of the waves crashing down. We had the most relaxing vacation and would come back to this place in a heartbeat. You can walk to the nearby beaches and restaurants.
